The Spring Break of 2020 presented us with lockdowns and businesses shutting down. Throughout the year we had to deal with these scenarios. The Housing Market continued its climb and the Real Markets in some provinces are at a record high.
The Governments across Canada of all Tiers are that record Debt levels. The two issues are crucial and related. If solutions aren’t implemented soon, we may see a housing crisis more severe than 2008.
We are lobbying the Federal Government of Canada to implement simple solutions.
