our team

Barry Kainth, our founder and operator started in real estate re-sales in 2006, serving consumers in the Ontario Province first as a Sales Representative, and later as a Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record under the Galaxy Gate Brand. After beginning his career in real estate, he branched into lobbying and has built up a strong reputation and resume in both arenas.

In 2019, Barry embarked on a new journey, founding nonprofit organization REDCanada. Armed with both real estate and government relations experience, Barry formed REDCanada with a variety of pillars in mind, including combating issues affecting homeowners, taxpayers and new immigrants, selling real estate to Canadians only, lobbying for affordable primary residence ownership for Canadians and so much more.

With a passion for public interest, affordability in real estate and ethical performance across all real estate representatives and sectors, Barry believes in hard work, passion, and he promises to serve consumers throughout Canada with utmost distinction.

our impact

We are changing the thinking behind home ownership.

Through our affords, we are creating awareness for the importance of home ownership for all.

We strongly believe that every Canadian should have opportunities throughout their lifetimes to buy & sell their own homes, and we work tirelessly; both on the ground in communities and in governmental bodies, to ensure we make this impact and leave behind an honest, impressive legacy for all Canadian home owners. We encourage you to explore our dedicated Impact page to see all of the work we have done and continue to do from consumer engagement to lobbying efforts.
